02 — Data we collect

UnJourDitVin only collects the data needed for whatever you are doing on the site:

  • Booking a workshop: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), number of participants, an optional message (allergies, question), acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  • Buying a gift voucher: first name and email of the buyer, the recipient’s name if you provide it, an optional gift message.
  • Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone and organisation (optional), subject, message.
  • Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. UnJourDitVin never sees or stores any banking data (card number, security code).

03 — Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to: process your booking or gift voucher order (performance of a contract); respond to your contact request (legitimate interest, at your own initiative); send you the emails related to your booking — confirmation, reminder, any refund (performance of a contract); comply with our accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

UnJourDitVin does not send any commercial communication (newsletter, marketing) without your explicit consent, and does not send any as of today.

04 — Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the technical providers required to run the site, each under its own security guarantees:

  • Vercel Inc. — site hosting and anonymous audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics).
  • Neon — database hosting (bookings, contact requests, gift vouchers).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional emails (confirmation, reminder, acknowledgement of receipt).

  • Gift vouchers: kept until they expire (1 year after purchase) then 10 years for accounting purposes if they were used.

06 — Cookies and trackers

UnJourDitVin does not use any cookies. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) is carried out without cookies or persistent identifiers, in line with CNIL guidance on tools exempt from consent — so no banner is needed.

07 — Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing contact@unjourditvin.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations.
