Workshops & bookings.
01 — Purpose
These terms and conditions apply to any workshop booking (cocktail creation, non-alcoholic drinks, or any other format offered) made through the online booking calendar on the UnJourDitVin website.
02 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, for each workshop at the time of booking. UnJourDitVin reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in force at the time of booking.
03 — Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been made online, processed by the secure payment platform Stripe. No banking data is stored by UnJourDitVin. A confirmation is sent automatically by email once payment has been validated.
04 — Cancellation and refunds
This policy is shown to the client at the time of booking, and acceptance of it is required before payment.
- Any cancellation by the client made 7 days or more before the workshop date entitles them to a full refund (100% of the amount paid).
- Any cancellation made between 48 hours and 7 days before the workshop date entitles the client to a partial refund of 30% of the amount paid; the remaining 70% is kept by UnJourDitVin to cover organisation and sourcing costs.
- Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the workshop date is not refunded.
- If UnJourDitVin cancels the workshop (insufficient participants, force majeure), clients are fully refunded or offered a rescheduled date.
05 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, catering, leisure and entertainment services to be provided on a specific date — which includes workshops booked for a fixed date.
06 — No-show
Any absence not reported on the day of the workshop does not entitle the client to any refund.
07 — Liability
UnJourDitVin undertakes to provide the service described at the time of booking. UnJourDitVin cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act by a third party.
08 — Personal data
Data collected at the time of booking (name, email, phone number) is used solely to manage the booking and the customer relationship. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties, other than the technical providers required (hosting, Stripe payment gateway, Resend email service). In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, which you can exercise by emailing contact@unjourditvin.com. See also our privacy policy.
09 — Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The French version prevails in the event of any discrepancy with the English translation.
